Nadeau’s Ice Sculpture Inc. and Carasco Photography are a really great way to set your event apart from others. Now an ice sculptor and a photographer may seem a little unorthodox to pair in a blog, however an ice sculpture and just the right angled photograph put together can make an event worth remembering! At Michelle Durpetti Events we LOVE our sweets, whether it be peppermint patties or dark chocolate with almonds, we can’t get enough! That’s why we’re so excited to give you the scoop on two of our vendors for An Evening in Eden that will always satisfy your sweet tooth! Michelle Durpetti Events and Chicago Social Brides magazine present An Evening In Eden on Thursday, July 15, 2010 at Galleria Marchetti (825 W. Erie St.) from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The evening will feature a special viewing of designer gowns from Vera Wang Chicago and Belle Vie Bridal Couture, as well as the latest event and bridal trends. Guests will explore the gorgeous, lush grounds of Galleria Marchetti while networking with local, national and international industry professionals. Live entertainment, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, a gift bag and a raffle entry are included with admission, $20. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Wish Upon a Wedding and Chicago Gateway Green.

An Evening in Eden will feature over 20 of Chicago’s premier vendors.  This event will be a great way for brides and industry professionals to check out the latest wedding and event trends, while sipping on cocktails and sampling hors d’oeuvres!  One of the amazing vendors we’ll showcase is RBombshell Beauty, Inc.

The lovely ladies of RBombshell Beauty, Inc., Rosie Scianna (makeup artist) and Robyn Tornabeni (hair stylist), work together to create stunning fashion-forward looks!  Their work has been featured in Bride’s Magazine, on numerous catwalks for Vera Wang and Belle Vie Bridal Couture fashion shows, and on bride’s across Chicago!

With two years under our belt, McGowan Durpetti & Associates is undergoing many changes that we are excited to share with you.  In June of 2010, McGowan Durpetti & Associates will re-launch as Michelle Durpetti Events (MDE).  In conjunction with our re-launch, we have expanded to include wedding coordination and destination management to our list of services.
